One day at a time is a good show if you are maybe 15 and older. It's rated TV-G and therefore came across my young childs netflix list. As we watched it It's content was way to mature for someone under 15. Just about every show talks about sex and if you haven't had the talk it puts sex and sex related things right in your face the whole time. It should be rated TV-PG.
Not family friendly if you have younger kids.
