I really wanted to like this tv drama because I am a fan of both actors who played the main characters, but it was really boring for me. I have been going back on forth for months just wanting to finish it and even after a year I haven't finished it. There's not much exciting plot to it.

I don't know why I waited so long to watch this kdrama. I constantly skipped it to watch other kdrama. But I decided to watch this two days ago and I was hooked. I love the relationship between Hye-Jun and Jeong-Ha, but sad that they broke up. Hye-Jun friendship with Hae-Hyo was also wonderful. It's got the typical love triangle, but nothing that leads to hurt their friendship. They showed a lot of support for each other. True friendship indeed. The show had a little bit of villainous to it but not enough to cause me rage, which I like. Overall it was pretty wholesome. I love happy ending kdrama. I highly recommend this show!❤️❤️❤️

This is the tv drama that got me into watching korean historical drama years ago. I watched this tv drama twice already and currently watching it again. Love the characters and the stories. Learned a bit about Korean history which is really nice.

I really wanted to like this drama. Bride of the Water God is one of my favorite manhwa (korean comics) so I was really excited when I first heard about the making of this drama. But I was really disappointed and confused with the story when I watched the first episode. I had high expectations but the stories were all over places that I couldn't connect them with the stories in the books. I literally tried to push myself and watch this drama several times, but couldn't do it. The stories from the books are engraved in my brain. This drama completely ruined it.

I love this tv show! I watched it years ago and just recently finished watching it again. There's a lot of plots and twists that keep you engaged the whole time. I didnt like the ending because Hyun-jun died. After all that he went thru I felt like he deserve a happy ending. Im left with my eyes bawling instead of smiling. Minus one star for that.
