*spoilers* I can definitely understand why a lot of people are hating on this movie. It is very cheesy at some points, very unrealistic, and yes, Victor can be a little annoying. But I've watched this movie a hundred times now and I absolutely love it despite its flaws. The mother-daughter relationship between Odette and Felice is so sweet and the animation is beautiful. There are scenes in this movie that I will never stop swooning over. It tells such a great story as well. Very cliché but in a good way. So I recommend this movie to everyone looking for something beautifully flawed. You will love it as much as I do. May I also add that this movie does kind of set itself up for a sequel. We don't know much about Felice's mother, we don't know how Felice and Victor met, we know what happens to Felice in the end but what then? I don't think there’s a sequel planned but I would be over the moon if there was
