Would have been a perfect "feel good" story if she hadn't injected her personal hatred toward Dale Carnegie. What she said had absolutely no bearing on the story and there was no reason for it to be there. I struggled with having a sour taste in my mouth after that point.
I can't believe her editors allowed it.
