As a life long JP fan I have liked, loved & been indifferent over 18 studio albums. That being said “Invincible Shield” is by far the strongest in their recent renaissance thanks largely in part to Ritchie Faulkner on guitar (amazing player), Scott Travis on drums (a damn machine), and Rob being in the best voice he has been in years. I highly recommend you listen to this album at full volume, fist in the air. Can’t wait to see them perform this live. Nothing against the classic lineup but Priest has now settled into a new grouping that is just as relevant in Metal that have ever been. 🤘
