This book started off great. Engaging, full of twists, the plot was building nicely. But I found, as it went on, it became very repetitive and I thought it was much too long. The story could have been told across far fewer pages. I also felt in the last quarter of the book, that the ‘evidence’ for certain conclusions was weak at best and was not very convincing. I have enjoyed the writer’s other works, but I’m afraid I was disappointed by the Alaska Sanders Affair.
