This movie was not not much better than a B rated movie. Lots of flash backs to the first movie and it kind of builds on it, lots of the movie was just plan stupid and no way could really happen. I know it was a movie but the original movie was at least mostly believable to a point. A lot of this movie was Tom Cruse being some type of Rogue pilot that basically gets away with anything because of ice man having his back until he passes at the end and then he has to prove to his team a mission can be done. Was almost like they threw the movie together to have a 30 year anniversary movie, realized they made what I would call almost a B rated movie with over acting and CGI, putting it off for 2 years to drive up expectations of a great movie, then being let down hard hoping they can grab up all The money they can from it. Sorry but I give the movie a B maybe a B+ in parts, but save your money and buy the Blu-ray or 4K just so you can say you have the complete collection never really to be watched again.
