Since retiring two months ago I have been able to watch GMA while relaxing with coffee before getting my day started. I sincerely appreciate GMAs special attention to families who have serious issues with not being able to have children and my prayers go out to all parents who want children but are not able to have them.
But please could you provide your viewers with the other options for having wonderful families like adoption. I am 72 years old and it still brings tears to my eyes when I remember the story my parents shared with me about how they picked me out and adopted me when I was only 6 weeks old. And I keep my birth mother in my prayers also because I know she gave me up so that I could have a good life; which I have been blessed with.
Is it that difficult to adopt these days? I think this whole piece is missing in your presentation about parents who cannot have children.
