I just saw a show where a man was doing gender reveal for baby using car & smoke & smashed into womans car. His insurance company settled on an "agreed price" but evidently the woman owed more on her car than it was worth. She should have had GAP INS. if she had a loan that was owed over the amount of the vehicle. I do not believe he owed her any more than her car was worth. I do not agree with Judge Jerry on this one with all due respect.
