I love Marvel and I was sad to see early reviews knocking Ms. Marvel. Then I tried to watch the first tragically bad episode. I mean...tragically bad. It looks like a fan that had $10K to make a fan-based hero-type show, definitely nothing like any of the high production quality shows that Marvel has invested in for literally every other character.
The writing is slapstick, the cinematography is childish and aimed for 8-12 year olds on Disney, not the Marvel audience and the storyline?

Honestly, they need to pull the series stat. Reshoot it with Jon Favreau at the helm, get Kevin Feige off from vacation, find Robert Rodriquez, Bryce Howard Dallas, Deborah Chow and Rick Famuyiwa to rewrite and direct the episodes and create a series worth watching.
This was seriously a huge misstep by Marvel, a tragic misstep on a character that should definitely not be undersold.
