I couldn't even stand to finish watching it on a second monitor while I doing something else on my main one. I made it to the hallway scene around half an hour in before I realized listening to a daily weather report or music would be a better use of my time. Altered Carbon: Resleeved is nothing more than a cheap Netflix cash grab for the franchise. It has a lazy plot, laughable dialogue, and utterly loathsome characters. Even the animation was so-so. Lastly, the choice to mix a kid with gratuitous nudity, gore, and fight scenes is frankly gross. Who thinks an underage girl tattooing men's butt cheeks and other places on their bodies is at all appropriate let alone try to normalize?

I have no problems with the performance Drew gave but the storyline/editing felt a bit off. The plot seemed to waver between a romantic comedy to a drama to a thriller and never settled upon one genre. It also got a bit too dark at times and didn't need to be.
