It really is the clichés of all. It does not take much to see how the "perfect" friendships will quickly slip into issues...
It was an idea that really was so good as a story but slowly loses the grip on it.
Disappointed by the end. I know crime was easier to get away with back in the day but come on, to make it so easy to get away with and the absolute lack of self awareness of anyone in this group of people ?!
Anyway. It was excruciatingly painful towards the end. The movie follows the cliché plot until the end and then leaves you with an unhappy end.. likely to get us all hot and bothered by it I guess. Rage baiting us
There was room to show us how much mental health was alienated and looked down upon resulting in tragic situations but just instead feasts on the "cheap thrill" of suspense to keep you interested.
