This is a good film. I saw a guardian journalist review and he gave it one stsr, probably because he couldn't give it zero. If you're a regular person that wants to be entertained, don't listen to that absolute melt. I can imagine him choking on his caviar thinking about words more than 15 letters long to describe his utter disdain for anything remotely enjoyable. It's an action comedy about Christmas, it's going to be entertaining, not sophisticated. It's funny, tells a good story. Job done. 5 stars. The critics these days are shills, and do not deserve they eyeballs on their media.

Oh dear Lord do not listen to the critics. The acting is great but the storyline is just painful. This could have been a 5 minute short if you cut out all the nonsense. People watch films to be entertained and this does not deliver.

Scriptwriters are on strike because they want better pay. From what I've just watched these scriptwriters shouldn't be getting one, they must have got school children to write it and ChatGPT could have done a better job. Some of the acting gets an extra star because it's pretty good, the woman playing Erin Carter smashed it out of the park but not enough for me to continue watching past the first episode. Summary: Started well, but lazy writing made me turn it off.
