Meditative Mind

I just finished watching 'Scoop' today. I must say, its one of the most well directed, acted, Indian OTT shows that I have seen in a while. Crisp , concise, thrilling storytelling by Hansal Mehta, who also directed 'Scam: The Harshad Mehta Story'. Overall, the show is quite engaging. A stellar performance by karishma Tanna. I have seen her in television. Then Scoop just proves what a fine actor she is !👏 Zeeshaan Ayyub, Deven Bhojani, were fantastic in their individual roles. Our very own Bumba da -Prosenjit Chatterjee made a mark for himself even with the limited screen timing. Harman Baweja's JCP Shroff is an interesting dilemma to figure out ! Scoop is based on the life of journalist Jigna Vora and very well elucidates the plight of journalists. The constant pressure on journalists to make it to the page one for the sake of business . Sometimes even at the cost of compromising with their own belief system, morales, and values. Scoop is a definite watch ✌️
