From my perspective as someone who has worked with forensic psychiatric patients, I found this film to be fascinating. The storytelling is first rate, and DiCaprio does his best acting here. The ethical questons posed in the film are ones that are rarely asked and even more rarely answered. Five stars!!

I expected a film far inferior to the one I watched. It is a tale of trauma and resilience, of desperation and hope. The impact of trauma and the transgenerational transmission of trauma. It is not an entertaining movie but it is a great film. Thank you Ron, Glenn and Amy.
