Fundamentally flawed on the very first page - claiming Genesis is not a history book, and further taking a "Switzerland" stance on the age of the earth. Genesis is indeed a history book, and is almost completely literal. Genesis 2:4, "4 This is the history of the heavens and the earth when they were created, in the day that the Lord God made the earth and the heavens..." I would make the argument that the author either hasn't read the Bible, or if she did, she did not do so with an open heart allowing the Lord to speak to her through His word. This book seems to have been written exclusively to appease lukewarm Christians.
