I'm stunned! Hats off to Dev Patel for making this masterpiece. It captures the real essence of India such as the ethos of a supportive community, the political climate and the spirituality side of it as well. In my opinion, the most commendable thing about the movie was the cinematography. The way all the fight scenes are shot and the red, blue and green hues that have been maintained throughout the scenes is truly incredible.The going back and forth with the childhood scenes during the action sequence was perfected and not even for a second was it chaotic. I mean Dev and his team really just went out there and got the best Indian actors and a legendary musician, Zakir Hussain to execute his ideas. I would be upset if this movie didn't get nominated this year for an academy award for cinematography.
