Beautiful scenery. Incredible sets that replicate the villages of c.900 AD. However, the violence and goriness are over the top. Some especially horrific scenes last way too long. This movie could have been much shorter and much of the violence and bloody scenarios could have been omitted to make a better, tighter movie.
