I went to see this film with a couple of friends on the pretext that it was a comedy. The comedy is that subtle that I didn't find it funny, instead it triggered stuff about losing older relatives, etc. It didn't give me the giggle and lift I was expecting. Maybe I shouldn't have expected anything! I found it quite weird in places. The staffing of the ward etc wasn't true to life. Some of the bonds formed were quite endearing. The twist in the plot I didn't expect although it was obvious once I'd worked it out. I wouldn't recommend this film.
