Really disappointed with this series. It felt like a massive missed opportunity as it should have been so much better. Pretty terrible story telling and wooden acting. The suspense was missing as was any empathy for the main characters.

Metro Bank own goal. Presented them as the number one Bank in one part of the show and then in the very next showed how one of their customers lost their life savings due to using out of security protocols. Plus demonstrated poor customer service in not being willing to address the issue and refusing to help until Watchdog themselves got involved. Very confusing for the viewers! Suggest this should have been thought through before transmitting the features.
