I am glad this movie made it to Netflix. This is one of many silenced and disregarded stories of the 1948 Nakba ‘the Palestinian catastrophe’. My mother in law is a Nakba survivor. She watched the movie with us. She was almost the same age of Farha when she was forced out of her house by the Zionists. “In reality it is worse than the film”, she said.
