I went to attend an evening event as a member. I entered the parking lot on Washington Avenue as ive done for years, as my membership includes a parking pass. I was confused by the fact that the parking booth was boarded up. So after parking, i inquired about the parking lot with BBG staff at the entrance gate. Three people gave me three different answers, one of which included a possibility of towing. This was extremely disorganized and confusing. Ultimately i left and didnt attend the event because i didn't arrive with an extra 30 minutes to find local parking. I will not be renewing my membership.
