my dad was Arthur W Schaeffer he was on the lsland of Attu in world war two he lived in lyons station with is wife and five children Le Roy Barbara Linda Brenda and my name is Michael are dad was proud to have served he did not talk much about the war like so many who served but could tell he loved his country by putting his flag out and making sure it never hit the ground PS dad passed away on 8/15 95 mom passed away 1/5/05
