Overall I thought sex education was a very entertaining and funny show. It had very likable characters with a wide range of personalities that made the show not only entertaining but made the characters fairly relatable. My main issue with this show was it’s overemphasis on lqbtq and transgender narratives. I get it this show is called sex education so you need to cover all your basis, but when you constantly get it shoved down your throat it makes it seem likes it’s less about the show and more about pushing an ideology, Especially season 4, like my god. The hidden liberal contexts and the clear liberal biases made season 4 by far the worst season. The woke agenda was just not necessary. This is not just because im a gen z conservative but also because I don’t want political garbage shoved down my throat when I’m trying to be entertained, I thought the first 2 seasons and even to an extent the 3rd season was excellent, which is the only reason I tolerated season 4. Overall I would rewatch this show again but I would just be ready to skip all the excessive lgbtq and transgender and woke garbage.
