This is a poorly produced show with terrible hosts and a weird mix of likeable and unlikeable contestants. The hosts and judges talk poorly about the contestants behind their backs, and choose which contestants to help and nurture versus which ones to let fail on their own. The judges have zero personality and don't teach the contestants or audience anything useful about barbeque. Half of the contestants seem to be inexperienced cooks without much exposure beyond a few signature dishes. The hosts claim that they have "randomly" assigned challenges to the contestants but the assignments seem awfully unbalanced and unfair. It reeks of producer interference. How hard it is to draw knives? DO NOT RECOMMEND.
