This is A Chilling Horror Film. In "A Quiet Place Part II," the story picks up immediately after the events of the first film. The Abbott family, now consisting of Evelyn, her son Marcus, daughter Regan, and her newborn baby, must leave their home after it is destroyed. They venture out into the world, where they discover more about the creatures that hunt by sound and meet other survivors. Regan, who is deaf, realizes that her hearing aid can produce a high-frequency noise that repels the creatures. She sets out to find a way to broadcast this signal to help others. Along the way, they encounter Emmett, an old friend, who has lost his family and is reluctant to help. Eventually, they find a radio station where they can transmit the high-frequency sound, giving humanity a fighting chance against the creatures. The film ends with hope for survival as the family and Emmett fight back against the monsters.
