i read this book for school, so not only was i hypervigilant on the poor dialogue and surface level themes, but so was the rest of my group. the characters are flat and boring and your attention will only be piqued maybe two or three times before your dreams get crushed by the swapping perspectives and times. i do not recommend unless you need an audiobook to fall asleep to.
