I thoroughly enjoyed this film. The acting, cinematography, costumes, content, and setting left me engaged and immersed in Njinga's World. I wanted to be part of her Kingdom. It left me in tears for everything that our ancestors had to go through to survive in this world. When she received her validation for all her sacrifices I cheered with her and her kingdom and when she realized she was in the last days of her life I cried for her. I wished there were more stories like this on the screen to learn from. Good job Jada Pinkett Smith, Well done!
