It's an okay game. Not the worst, but not the best either. There's nothing it excels at, but that doesn't make it any less fun. My only gripe is that after playing for 70+ hours it starts getting very (VERY) repetitive. The outposts are all the same. The caves are all the same. Mini games are tedious. Ship building is fun at first, but then it becomes tedious (because most ships end up looking the same or similar especially on xbox). Travelling around planets is straight up boring, and then you're gonna find 1 of 4 renditions of the same things you've already seen a hundred times. Don't get me started on the companions. No matter what you do they'll complain about something. Everything about the choices, companions, hell the factions are too vanilla. You're either good, or very good. All in all id say give it a go. It's a fun game at first, but if you start straying from the linear path you can see just how thin the game is, and just how much it lacks heart.
