Very entertaining! Loved the 70s vibe, the story-telling, the comic-book style reveal of past events that shape future, the post-credit scene in each episode and the concept of a Female Guardian (The Fury) to keep the balance in the Underworld. Don't pay attention to those reviewers who keep saying the show is "unrealistic". Of course it is! It's meant to be escapist - and it's brilliant at it. Love the OTT gunfights, combat scenes, wickedness of the Underworld characters, the double-crossing, the plot that adds a new twist to the tale in each episode and the strong female characters. Can't wait for Season 2!

Ticked all the boxes of a typical Scandinavian murder mystery: great character development, family ties affected by crime, compelling drama and a final twist - very matchable till the end! The lengths that parents will go to protect their children is a strong aspect of this show. Definitely recommended ✅

What a waste of the potential that Stephen King's original short story "The Boogeyman" (Night Shift) has 😔....I am a huge fan since my teens of King's short stories and novellas and was very disappointed to see the end result of the 2023 film adaptation. The trailer looked very promising, but they made a hash of the story: Lester Billings (the central character in the original short story) gets a hugely dimished role and they totally missed out on the PIVOTAL reveal of the short story! The film just fell totally flat because the key ingredients weren't included. The little girl was good though in her role. I wish the director/writers/producers had stuck to the source material....if you are a King fan, this movie really isn't worth watching...

What a refreshing take on the Demonic Possession genre 👏 Russell Crowe is brilliant as the lead. Love the dry humour he injects into the character and his overall look (Vespa, pink sunglasses, huge holy bag etc). Crowe has created a new type of Exorcist! The film has all the ingredients you would expect from this genre without overdoing the cliches: possession of an innocent child, ancient relics, jump scares, a young priest helper, demon exercising its power on the remaining family members etc. But the backstory to the Demon really gives the story an edge and makes the overall film hugely enjoyable and believable - especially given the Vatican connection. The struggle between the two priests and the demon once they find out its name is gripping and so well executed. Ending sets us up for a sequel 🤞
