I will rightfully give this movie its props. The writing within this movie really did move something inside of me. Despite its critics, I’m sure any person can find something worthwhile in this film. Whether it’s the breathy humor given here and there, or the stark realness in each scene. Even in the dialogue. It felt so real. I found a hidden gem among the hundreds of films on Netflix. I know that this will be the one I revisit when I need a release. I hope that whoever finds this film finds a bit of solace. There is truly something so wonderful about The Starling.
