This is hands down one of the worst movies I’ve seen in a long time. I Know What You Did Last Summer (2025) is a painful attempt to reboot a franchise that should’ve stayed buried. The plot is paper-thin, predictable, and completely devoid of suspense or originality. It drags on with scenes that feel like they were written by an AI trained on bad horror clichés. The acting? Somehow even worse. Wooden performances, awkward dialogue delivery, and zero chemistry between the cast make it impossible to care about any of the characters. Not a single scare lands, and even the killer reveal — the one thing this franchise usually gets right — is so poorly executed, it borders on laughable. Save yourself the time and money. This movie is a total waste and an insult to fans of the original. Just rewatch the 1997 version instead — at least that one had charm.
