Think more...wheat is the root cause of so much inflammation in our bodies. Wheat and gluten are not the same thing. You can be a true celiac but more often people have wheat sensitivity. It's the wheat causing disease and then you think remove the sugar.
So this thinking and book I read long before I ever heard the word keto. This is not a keto diet at all.
If you read, learn and follow which is just changing your thinking, it will be life changing, quality of life changing and the perk is you lose so much inflammation in your body and so then weight too. Read the book.
