Just watched the clip with the KC mayor that is going after the gun manufacturers. He says the manufacturers are selling guns on Facebook...really? No form 4473??? I am thinking most manufactures don't sell to individuals, but just to distributors and dealers. Manufacturers might be "advertising", they are not meeting you in a parking lot and trading a few bucks for one of their firearms. Maybe individuals are selling on Facebook, but I don't think that is against the law, but not dealers and certainly not manufactures. Go out and do an undercover "buy" and show us this. I haven't watched any of these shows for quite some time and the prior time it was a story about mortgage lending that was full of misinformation. I think the viewers would be better served with reruns of old sit-coms or some soap opera instead of what I saw.
