When I came to bed last night, my wife had this on the TV, and I said, "Oh no; not this again. Can't you find something else?" (She's watched it I don't know how many times.) But it didn't take more than a minute or two before I was once again sucked in to the antics of Pesci, Tomei, and Gwynne. Not to mention the great facial expressions of the whole cast. It's so refreshing to see Gwynne and Pesci in these non-typecast roles. And if you're familiar with the eastern North and South like me, you know its underlying essence rings true. Can't help but agree with others who say the more I watch it the funnier it gets.
