So I’ve played majority of the Final Fantasies, so I usually have a pretty good idea what to expect, but this far exceeded my expectations. First, it’s wayyyyy more graphic than typical. Usually these games are very kid friendly, not this one however, which doesn’t bother me one bit, but may be something to consider with kids. Second, the gameplay is really fluid, and setup in a way that is logical, yet flexible. I’ve really enjoyed the battles, and the ability to alter your character and others. My only minor complaint is the story is kind of rushed, and is a tad tough to follow. To be fair, the story I do find appealing, it’s just difficult to keep up with considering you jump around (both in stories and in time) and the sheer amount of characters in the storyline. Overall, great game!
