There seems to be no other way to get rid of visceral fat / fat in muscles etc. (as measured by waist circumference & body weight) other that fasting and aerobic excercises. The outcome is not only lowering of weight, blood sugar, insulin level, insulin resistance but most importantly, reduce cardiovascular as well mortality risks!!!
One point though, I would prefer gradual increase in fasting hours and also reducing food intake (low healthy cabohydrate).
If you are a diabetic or in family of diabetes, it is must read & must trying. It will pay back in terms of healthier and quality with longer life.
