The film is bittersweet. It’s such a feel good but with a sad ending. Phillips does a fantastic job recreating Valens. This film exceeded my expectations

It got a 2 because it’s visually stunning. Otherwise, it’s rather boring and teenage drama vibes. The script is underwhelming and the film is not very captivating story wise.

Incredible direction, choice of cast, cinematography and acting. A heartfelt, somewhat saddening film depicting where we once were as a people, and left me reflecting how far we have come. Jolie plays a very convincing role of a grieving mother who tries very hard to sway the opinions of the police. Cannot recommend the film enough

This was funnier than I expected. I was glued from beginning to end. McCarthy did a stellar performance as leading protagonist turns comedy, as well as somewhat relatable scenarios if you look past the puppet aspect. Worth a watch

Unless you’re a computer geek, this film will probably bore you.

Watch it. You will cry, but you will be educated. Replace fish with hemp seeds, flax seeds or algae for your omega oils. Boycott seafood.

Great film. Brilliant acting from Depp and Bale in their always complex characters profiles. Very nostalgic and a snap in time from what once was, a very normal thing to see.

Fantastic all round. Well exceeded my expectations. Brilliant performance from all actors and well casted. My personal favourite is Julia Garner. Highly recommend

I haven’t yet seen the entire film. I just couldn’t help but notice the shocking make up on the main characters. From the make up on Vanessa to the battle dirt on Hobbs and Shaw. It appears low grade in comparison to the previous films and budget of the films.

Fantastic film. I would not pay much attention to a few negative reviews stating it’s unrealistic/bad acting and so forth. We are fortunate in modern day cinema to have technologies that have advanced our expectations of what we deem brilliant. A true piece of art in its time, we see strong performances from a young DiCaprio, Stone and Crowe. All creating equally compelling characters to take us back in time where law did not always overrule hierarchy.
