Travis Johnson

This really captured his upbringing and path to stardom. I wish it had included a bit more detail, like his throat surgery specifically. I think that it would have helped the viewer understand even more of his crises, honestly. Didn't love that the songs were played in weird orders, ie. songs depicted in a later era than when they were actually produced, but I understood the compilation and timeline and why they did that. I cried during this movie. Elton is an absolute icon. Kudos to his husband for having a direct hand in it, and kudos to Elton for trying to stay out of it while it was being filmed. A must-see.
