As an educator, I have been fascinated by the layers of The Dominance Factor”, mostly because I observed so many variations of learning in my students, my own kids, and in myself and family members! In retirement, the topic still speaks to me as I work with my adult children and their children. I love this approach and I’ve tried to convince others to learn about it, but have few fans! I particularly like Hannaford’s recommendations towards achieving an integrated brain function ( it’s a personal goal for me). This work logically illustrates why we are all so different and that we can all work on communicating our thought processes in ways that others can receive them optimally.
