Genuinely one of the most delusional and myopic books I’ve read in years. Urban makes up terms for concepts on the left so that he can compare them with well-established concepts on the right, and then claims “Politics on the left and right are equally bad, guys.” It’s the kind of perspective you can only have if you have no marginalized friends. I used to like Wait But Why, but you know when you hear someone talk about stuff authoritatively, and you nod along, but then they talk about something you know about and they talk just as authoritatively but are super wrong - how you can’t take *anything* they say seriously anymore? It’s exactly like that.
