I love Noah Wyle and many of the characters on the show have potential but I just could not stick with it. There are so many basic flaws in the care being provided that the show is totally incapable of being believable. Open heart surgery in an ER cubby with healthcare providers leaning over the heart/surgical field, talking a mile a minute, and yet not one is wearing a mask. Like the patient said, this is the worst hospital ever. The writers should have made an effort to do the most basic research on health care.
