Amazing, in both the writing and the message. Gupta has put into writing what I experienced but could not name or describe. The concepts she writes about are as applicable to the Latino and Latin American diaspora as they are to the Asian and Indian American diaspora. Simply brilliant. This book is a game changer. I’m so grateful that Gupta had the courage to open up a conversation about the difficult but vitally important topic of mental health in communities of color.
