I feel like the movie was too fast-paced, never really gave much time for character development. The “bad guys”- a group of Girl Scouts- are trying to rescue Vivo from Gabi, which seems valid considering Gabi is running around coastal Florida with a wild kinkajou from Cuba. The weirdest part is Lin-Manuel Miranda’s voice coming from a small animated monkey. The music was pretty cool, though. Would recommend watching once.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT watch this movie. It misrepresents the infinitely better show so badly I don't think the creators of the movie even watched the original. The storyline is half baked and mostly just voice overs, and there is no time for character development so the movie just feels hurried and confusing. Please, watch the amazing original show, "Avatar the Last Airbender", instead of this garbage.
