The show becoming more interesting when new episodes released.
I don't care if they use different voice actors for anime show (because I don't care who acted who. I didn't even notice the voice was different after rewatching EP1); I say the show was interesting. I think it's a significant change that they are making an actual story for Rick and Morty instead of mainly relying on those one-story episodes, which most adult Western shows do, like American Dad and Family Guy.
The single-story episodes are okay and funny, but I see they lack meaning the more I watch them. I prefer watching shows that continue the adventure (shows like Avatar, Ben 10, Young Justice, Final Space, and a few others), which is why I enjoy watching anime so much.
The cartoon Rick and Morty has some creativity since some episodes connect with specific episodes and then shift back to one-story episodes. And then the cycle continues, 50-50. Now, they're making a show that mainly focuses on the story, which I find very interesting after watching two episodes, and I'm starting to understand more when you try putting the pieces together.
