Honestly I think it's better than the first two. Trey Parker is evil genius. The story line presents this spy vrs spy at the end which is very nostalgic. The character's all have great dialogue we watch it over and over and over and it never gets old. Revisiting the older films the quality of animation is also visibly better as well.
