I watched The French Chef as a child. Being born in 1955, I recognize that I've lived through some of the most monumental times in American history post WW2. Thoughts of the gentle yet flamboyant Julia Child and her well deserved place in that history warm my heart. Kudos to HBO Max for such a wonderfully produced program.
