I can't get over what an amazing performance Samuel L. Jackson presented. His best work to date. He convincingly brought to life the character Ptolemy Grey's from strong and self assured, to weak and confused. Yet with in the characters dichotomy he remained wise (much like Forest Gump). He succeeded in bringing out every emotion in me as i watched this series i experienced the gambit of emotions of anger, frustration, out right laughter, deep sorrow, and love.I hope he wins an Oscar or Emmy for his role! Dominique Fishback really came into her own as a strong independent young woman who kept her emotions closed off and bottled up tight. Her character growth was natural and you could feel her warmth and love through her cold exterior. It wasn't a far cry from her character on "This IS US".Though I believe bothe actors Were Cast perfectly for their roles. This is a must watch series!
