I loved the movie! Ranveer rocks! Alia is Alia good. Strong storyline, well delivered indeed...we meander through the narrow sullied gullies of Dharavi, picking up the squalor, the almost hopeless, barely keep it together existence of humanity. Yet every now and then there is this spark here and there, in the camaraderie between the gully ke chokre, the affection between Murad and Safina, her feistiness, even the underbelly of the illegal drug trade through children, stealing of cars that rises like a beacon of hope to almost smudge out the wretchedness of impoverished living. As if a mere prop for the celebration of hope and relentlessness of youth.
