God, you press the wrong bloody button and it all disappears!
A Taste of Honey. Great film, it just gets better. Wonderful cast, couldnโt have been better. Sheila Delainyโs play, brilliant, prophetic. Held up a mirror to our own lives, social limitations, educational deficiencies, social disgrace, mixed race relationships, gay friends/relations, single parent families, unexpected pregnancies, the north of bloody England (where we lived, in Hull, not a million miles from Salford, physically or circumstantialy). Insipired much of the social realism in 1960s British TV. When I use a word, it means just what I want it to mean.
